Who we are

Blossom provides spa, wellness, and related services. By booking, visiting, or paying with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Appointments may be booked by phone, WhatsApp, or other channels we provide. A booking is confirmed when we accept it and let you know.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session so later guests are not delayed.

Cancellation

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and non-redeemable, unless we tell you otherwise in writing. That means no refund, no credit, and no automatic transfer to another booking.

To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Payments

We may accept cash, mobile money, bank transfer, or Paystack (card / mobile money), depending on what is enabled at checkout.

Online Paystack payments — including any transaction fee and how refunds work — are described in our Privacy Policy.

Your wellbeing

Please tell us about medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities before treatments. Some services may be unsuitable; we may decline or adapt a treatment for your safety.

We expect respectful behaviour toward staff and other guests. We may refuse service if conduct is abusive or unsafe.

Website content is for information. Prices and offerings may change — confirm with our team when booking.

To the extent allowed by Ghanaian law, Blossom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
